Originally titled, The Woods, You Can’t Run Forever takes place in the woods of Montana. Due to a tragic event in her past, Miranda Cooper (Isabelle Anaya) suffers from extreme anxiety. While living with her parents, she does her best to keep her anxiety at bay. However, she has a new ordeal to contend with as she becomes the new target of a serial killer.
Wade (J.K. Simmons) is a lecturer at a Montana university teaching business survival strategies. On the other hand, he uses the same principles he teaches to hunt down prey. per the trailer, “in the survival of the fittest, you’re either predator or prey.” As he lures her and her family into the woods, a game of cat an mouse begins.
Miranda finds the strength she never new she had as she tries to elude a sociopath on a murderous rampage. According to the official description, its “about the strength of family and the astonishing power of the human spirit.
