Elizabeth Moss takes on a new role an ass-kicking MI6 secret agent in the new FX international spy thriller, The Veil, streaming soon on Hulu.
What is The Veil About?
As an agent, Imogen Salter (Moss), has an specializes in undercover work. Her current mission is to travel from Istanbul to Paris an uncover a secret that could destroy thousands of lives. The one with the secret is Adilah El Idrissi (Yumna Marwan). Due to their stressful relationship, Adilah does not make it easy.
In the midst of the mission, her ruthless CIA liasion, Max (Josh Charles), makes her job even in tense. However, mission controllers at the CIA and French DGSE learn to put their differences aside and work together for the greater good.
Written by Steven Knight (Peaky Blinders), he is no stranger to FX Productions. This will mark his fourth series for them, including FX’s A Christmas Carol and Taboo. In addition to starring in the series, Moss is also executive producer via her production company, Love & Squalor.
