What is IF About?
In the film, Bea (Cailey Fleming) goes through some traumatic experiences. As a result, he develops the unique power of see imaginary friends or IFs for short. Specifically, imaginary friends who have been left behind after their real world friend grew up or moved on. Soon she discovers that her neighbor, Cal (Ryan Renolds) has the same ability. Serving as her mentor, the two join forces to reunite the IFs with their former kids.
Besides Bea and Cal, the other humans in the movie are Bea’s dad (John Krasinski), Bea’s grandmother (Fiona Shaw) and Benjamin (Alan Kim). Benjamin is an adult who has abandoned his imaginary friend. The film has not received as rating yet. However, the film will most like have a rating of PG. After all, it is a kids movie about imaginary friends.

Who is Behind IF?
The film was written, produced and directed by John Krasinski through his production company, Sunday Night Productions. Better known for directing and writing the Quiet Place franchise, he is no stranger to kids films. In the past, he has performed voice-over work for films such as Monsters University. Along with Krasinski are John J. Kelly, George Dewey, Allyson Seeger, Andrew Form and Ryan Reynolds serving as producers.
