The summer blockbuster season may be over, but there’s still plenty to see. Since we are so close to Halloween, Hollywood has been cooking up a few horror movies to start the scare. Notably, is the release of the sequel to Beetlejuice. Michael Keaton is back as the ghost with the most to haunt the Deetz family. Also releasing this month is A24’s The Front Room starring Brandy giving new meaning to the mother-in-law from hell.
If drama is more your speed, take a deep dive into the life of Elizabeth Miller, a fashion designer turned photography, in Lee. In addition, George Clooney and Brad Pitt are back together in the new film, Wolfs. Finally, the mind-bending thriller from Francis Ford Coppola, Megalopolis, premieres this month.
If drama and horror are not your things, there are plenty other genres for everyone. To entertain the kids, there a new Transformers movie. For comedy lovers, the new film My Old Ass, will make you wish you had advise from your future self. Last but not least, for those into action, The Killer’s Game starring David Bautista, is sure to entertain you.
