What is Bad Boys: Ride or Die About?
Released almost 30 years after the original, film, Bad Boys: Ride or Die stars Will Smith and Martin Lawrence as Mike Lowrey and Marcus Burnett. While Mike is a carefree ladies’s man, Marcus is a quiet family man. Both are cops in the Miami Police Department who investigate illegal drug trafficking. While they always catch their guy, there methods of getting the job done can be quiet expensive. They have a tendency of blowing stuff and crashing cars.
In the new film, they are on the run Bad Boys style. After their late former Captain, Captain Howard (Joe Pantoliano), is framed, they set off to clear his name. As a result, they end up on the run themselves.
While the first two films were directed by Michael Bay, the other two were directed by Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah. The franchise became a hit in 1995 with the release of the first Bad Boys. Seventeen years later, Bad Boys II was released. Both did well at the box office. However, due to the pandemic in 2020, Bad Boys For Life, didn’t do as well as it’s predecessors. With the release of the latest film, fans are excited to see the duo again.

How to watch Bad Boys: Ride or Die?
Originally, the the producers scheduled the film for release in 2023. However, due to the incident involving Will Smith at the Academy Awards, they pulled the film from the schedule. At any rate, in January 2024, Smith and Lawrence announced the film would arrive in theaters later in the year. After pushing the release date up by a week, Bad Boys: Ride or Die will now hit theaters on June 7, 2024.

Who is Behind Bad Boys: Ride or Die?
The executive producers are Barry Waldman, Mike Stenson, James Lassiter, Jon Mone, Chris Bremner and Martin Lawrence. In addition to starring in the film, Will Smith is a producer along with Jerry Bruckheimer, Chad Oman and Doug Belgrad. As for the script, the writers are Chris Bremner and Will Beall.
